• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200, and a maximum limit applies per single transaction.
• Full account verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — wagering requirements must be met first.

Jetbajj offers a variety of bonuses and promotions for its users. However, each bonus comes with specific terms that must be followed. These conditions are in place to prevent bonus abuse.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users only and can be claimed once on the first deposit.

• Harassing, threatening, or engaging in abusive behaviour toward other users.

Jetbajj may temporarily suspend or permanently close a user's account under certain circumstances, primarily to maintain the security and integrity of the platform.

• If a breach of terms is established, your account may be closed without prior notice.
• A service charge may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (over 12 months).
• Users may also request account closure at any time.
• As part of responsible gambling, users have the option to temporarily lock their own account.
• Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned.
